The Film and Media Studies Program at Tufts University is searching for a part-time lecturer for Spring 2026 to teach an introductory course on the history of television at the undergraduate level. The course will cover the development of U.S. broadcasting--its industrial, technical, aesthetic, cultural and formal developments--up to the end of the network era

Qualifications

A Ph.D. degree in Film and/or Media Studies or a related field, as well as experience teaching at the college level, are preferred.
