The Department offers programs leading to the Bachelor of Music in music education, performance, composition, and music marketing, and the Master of Music in music education, conducting, performance, piano pedagogy, and vocal peda-gogy. The faculty comprises more than 60 full- and part-time members who serve a student body of over 300 undergradu-ate and graduate students. The Department’s 500-seat Recital Hall houses Yamaha and Steinway concert instruments and keyboard faculty offices are equipped with Steinway B pianos.
