Teach studio high strings (violin and viola) and perform as a member of the nationally-renowned Rawlins Piano Trio
http://www.rawlinstrio.com), co-direct the chamber orchestra, supervise independent study projects as appropriate to appointee’s qualifications and departmental needs, and other duties as assigned. Summer stipend is available for Rawlins Piano Trio work. All faculty members are expected to be active in recruitment. Excellence in teaching is expected -- both in the classroom and in mentoring students outside the classroom. DMA in performance preferred (violin), ABD considered.
