Q: How was I selected?

A: Faculty at Ph.D. granting institutions are selected for inclusion in our Who's Who. Our major goal is to provide an avenue for collegial exchange of information and be a resource for faculty who desire to locate colleagues who have similar research interests.

Q: How can I edit a current job posting?

A: Clients should login using their username and password by selecting the "Post/Edit Jobs" menu item on the left of any of our discipline-specific pages. You will be given the option to edit, extend, or delete your existing job announcements, as well as add new announcements.

Q: How will I be billed for posting job announcements and what forms of payment does accept?

A: After your announcement is posted, the client accounts department of will send the invoice to the client's contact person. The invoice can be paid with a purchase order and check. We also accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. If you wish to pay by credit card, please call during normal business hours with your invoice number and credit card information.

Q: How do I change my Username or Password?

A: Select 'Edit Client Data' in the left menu on any of our discipline-specific pages. Enter your current Username and Password to login. On the form that appears, you can enter a new Username and/or Password. These changes will be come effective immediately.

Q: How do I browse potential applicants who have submitted their resumes to

A: On any of our discipline-specific pages, select "Search Applicants" from the lefthand menu. This will take you to the login page for viewing applicant resumes. Log in using your client Username and Password - this is the same Username and Password that you use to post jobs. Once you have logged in, you can search for applicants according to your specific criteria.

Q: I forgot my username and/or password. How to I get it?

A: If you forgot your password only, please proceed to the client forgotten password page, and enter your username and email address.

If you have forgotten your username, please email us at or call us at (860) 429-0218, and we would be happy to reset your password and retrieve your username.

Q: We have a job announcement posted, but the position has been filled. How do we get the posting removed?

A: To delete an existing posting, you merely login to your account as if you were posting or editing a job.

Once logged in, you will see all of the active jobs that you have posted. One of the options for each job, is to delete the corresponding job. Just click on the appropriate button to delete that job.
