VIRGINIA TECH- Visiting Assistant Professor of Directing. Full-time, 1-year appointment. Salary commensurate with training and experience. Start date: August 2021. The successful candidate will teach required courses in Directing. The expected teaching load is three/three courses per academic year.

  • MFA in Theatre
  • College level teaching experience in directing
  • Post graduate directing experience


  • Professional directing credits
  • College level teaching experience in script analysis and related areas of directing/performance theatre making, and the ability to teach in a secondary area.
