    The Department of Studio Art seeks qualified individuals for its Adjunct Instructor Pool and welcomes applicants at any time. This posting is for the Fall 2019, Spring 2020, and Summer 2020 semesters. The specific courses involved may vary from semester to semester and openings to teach these courses develop on a periodic basis, depending on department teaching needs.

    The anticipated need is for Adjunct Instructors whose duties may include but are not limited to teaching ASTU courses in; Figure Drawing, Ceramics, Drawing & Painting, Fibers, Metals & Jewelry, New Media Art, Photography, Printmaking, and Sculpture.
    Classes meet Mon/Wed or Tue/Thu in 3-hour sessions: 8am-11am, 11am-2pm, 2pm-5pm, and 5pm-8pm.

    Minimum Qualifications:
    Terminal Degree or equivalent experience in the field of visual arts, studio arts, or closely related field.
